(2) The 254 shares the Reporting Person purchased on December 2, 2021 are held by Jack Levine and Susan Levine JTWROS, a joint tenant account of the Reporting Person and his wife.
(3) The 1,523 shares the Reporting Person purchased on December 2, 2021 are held by Jack Levine and Susan Levine JTWROS, a joint tenant account of the Reporting Person and his wife.
